This workshop is a brief introduction to this very ancient Art and Science of Yoga. It will be focus on the Health of Spine and on a very important kriya: Sat Kriya.
An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras.
The goal is to build physical vitality and increase awareness.
Kundalini Yoga is a blend of Bhakti Yoga (the yogic practice of devotion and chanting), Raja Yoga (the practice of meditation/mental and physical control), Shakti Yoga, (for the expression of power and energy) and Hatha Yoga (the asana and pranayama).
The purpose of Kundalini Yoga is to provide a modality by which people can achieve their maximum creative potential, free themselves from Karma (the lasting effects of past actions) and realize their Life Purpose.
