The aim of this practice is to let go, be it in the physical sense, perhaps with knotted shoulders or tight hips, or indeed in the psychological sense, where we allow space for acceptance and relinquishment of that which longer serves us.
While this style is considered a strong and dynamic yoga, all levels are welcome with many variations being offered so you can find what works for your body.
